Registration

FSTA 2022 has the ambition to meet the highest scientific and organizational criteria and although we are ready to organize the event in hybrid version, we aim at a real on-site event meeting the required epidemic measures.

Registration

The registration for FSTA 2022 is handled by Ladislav Šipeky, SIPKES s.r.o., a conference organizer, co-operating with the University of Ostrava and Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.

  • access to lecture rooms
  • conference documentation including Conference Proceedings of Abstracts
  • organization expenses
  • accommodation (in a double room) and full board for 5 days
  • social dinner
  • excursion
  • coffee breaks
  • fee entry to thermal water indoor hotel pool, wellness facilities, and fitness centre
Accompanying person* fee includes:

Online participation Fee include:
  • conference documentation including Conference Proceedings of Abstracts
* Accompanying person fee is not determined for passive participants from academia who wish to participate on the academic part of the event.

Payment will be made in Euros (EUR) by your preferred payment method::

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.

Confirmation / Invoice

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM, you will receive the confirmation and a Proforma invoice by email.

    An invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be sent to you after receiving the payment.

Hard copy of the invoice will be given to the conference participant during the registration on site. The invoice will state the VAT rate(s).

Cancelation Policy

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) when participation is withdrawn in a written form by e-mail: at fsta@fsta.sk before December 15, 2021. No refund will be granted after this date.
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization and inform in a written form by e-mail: at fsta@fsta.sk whom your registration should be transferred to.
If you cannot attend on site, but wish to participate online, contact the organizers by e-mail: at fsta@fsta.sk as soon as possible. The change made on and before January 10, 2022, is free of any storno, the difference will be refunded to the payer's account. No refund of the payment difference will be granted after January 10, 2022, in case of modification of the registration details.
