The Organizing Committee of FSTA 2020 realizes the full conference fee may be prohibitive for some participants. Since it is scientific criteria only that should matter and since we appreciate their taking part in the conference, we would like to offer them this reduced fee.
Applications for the reduced fee should be accompanied with a short curriculum vitae, the list of publications (the latest five), or a supervisor's endorsement and sent by e-mail to fsta@math.sk by November 15, 2019
Payment
The banking details for the wire transfer for the registration fee will be sent to each participant after her/his registration.
Cancelation Policy
In case of canceling the participation later than one month before the beginning of the conference the cancelation fee is 220 EUR. Otherwise it is 70 EUR.
Visa information for participants from non-EU countries
The Organizing committee will NOT provide participants with an invitation letter on the official form of the alien police for the EU visa purposes. Furthermore, due to the storno fees we cannot risk any no-shows on the conference due to visa reasons. Therefore, ALL PARTICIPANTS FROM COUNTRIES WITH VISA OBLIGATION will be asked to send us a copy of their visa in order to make the registration valid! THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION FROM THIS RULE!!!
We ask the registered participants from non-EU countries with a visa obligation to take this limitation into account seriously!
